A couple of apartments are now up for grabs after they were converted from a design studio, in a bid to create more living space in London.
The flats have been converted from the studio of former Spice Girl and British fashion icon Victoria Beckham. These luxury apartments are located a couple of floors below the penthouse of Toni Mascolo – one half of the renowned hair and style gurus Toni & Guy.
The newly refurbished properties are located in Ransome’s Dock in the Battersea area of London and have approximately 2,000 square foot of space each. They are fully furnished, with pieces from designers Carl Hansen and Vitra. Both the east and west apartments are adjacent to the fashion house of Vivien Westwood.
These luxury apartments each have three bedrooms and are located on the building’s first floor. This architecturally impressive building was originally built as an industrial warehouse.
The former design studio has been thoroughly renovated with premium materials. It features polished concrete flooring to give it a luxury appeal, and this has been combined with the use of contemporary wooden panelling located in the flat’s spacious reception area and living room.
As well as this, the customised Minacciolo kitchen has been designed using distressed worktops made from metal, which is contrasted by its raw marble surfaces. The Rexa design bathroom boasts a tiled finish with the tiles being made from recycled materials from Italian designer Mutina.
The current asking price of these apartments is £3.5 million.
