To ensure the effective implementation of the Equal Opportunities Policy, Couldwell Concrete Flooring Limited will allocate the responsibility for the monitoring of the implementation of the Equal Opportunity Policy to a cross- Couldwell Concrete Flooring Limited safety committee or open door policy.

However, each manager in Couldwell Concrete Flooring Limited is responsible for the effective implementation of the Equal Opportunities Policy and its associated procedures, and for monitoring equal opportunities in his/her area of responsibility.
