Two companies, Twintec Industrial Flooring and Llevell Laser Floors, have formed a strategic partnership for the design and construction of industrial concrete flooring throughout South Africa.
The Twintec Group is recognised as a world leader in steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) ‘jointless’ floor slabs design and construct in excess of 6 million m² worldwide each year and introduced this technology into the South African market in 2010.
Llevell Laser Floors, which operates as a division of NMC, has been laying concrete floors throughout South Africa since 1992 and have an extensive track record in delivering quality for their clients.
It is hoped this partnership will synergise the resources of both companies with the ultimate benefits being passed directly to the customer including technical support, programme planning and added value services.
This strategic partnership will see these concrete flooring contractors continuing to operate as independent companies, maintaining their respective track records, but working together on selected appropriate projects. The combination of expertise, skilled resources and additional opportunities for value engineering can only be an advantage – the key to the success of the partnership will lay in quality delivery through partnering with the clients and project engineers from pre-contract meetings right through to the completed concrete floor.
